One operating system.
A plan for your business.
Your business context, connected tools and agent workflows in one place. Start with a specific operational problem, decide what agents can do, and keep consequential actions under your control.
A shared context.
A repeatable way to work.
A standalone assistant starts with a prompt. An operating system connects the information, responsibilities and review steps behind an ongoing business process. Your plan defines which of those connections and workflows we will put in place.
Know the business
Document your goals, products, policies and team responsibilities. Connect the tools and records agreed in your plan, with access limited to the work they support.
Move work forward
Give each agent a defined job: review information, prepare a draft or propose an action. A workflow gives that work an owner, a next step and a way to handle exceptions.
Keep the controls
Set the actions that need approval. Review supporting evidence, approve or send work back, and retain a record of what happened. Confirm the available controls for each connected tool.
From a signal to an approved action.
For a commerce team, that might mean identifying a delivery delay from a connected order source, checking the customer promise, drafting a notice, and asking the responsible person to approve it before sending. The workflow records the decision and flags anything it cannot resolve.
This illustrates a workflow we can scope together. Data availability, supported integrations, permission to send and review rules must be confirmed before it runs.
Start with the work
you need to run.
The figures below are indicative early-access discussion estimates. They are not checkout prices or a purchase commitment. We confirm availability, setup, usage, connected tools, support and recurring fees in a written plan before you decide.
For an owner or small team starting with a focused recurring workflow.
- Business context for one operating priority
- A defined workflow and its connected data sources
- Draft review and agreed approval boundaries
- A record of work and exceptions for that workflow
Confirm the supported tools, agent roles, setup and usage allowance in your written plan.
For a team coordinating several related business processes.
- Shared context across the agreed functions
- Connected workflows with named owners
- Approval handoffs and exception handling
- Operational review of completed and pending work
Confirm integration coverage, workflow volume, onboarding and support in your written plan.
For organizations that need a tailored operating model and integration scope.
- Business-specific workflows and system connections
- Roles, approval policies and evidence requirements
- Implementation and rollout planning
- Defined security, support and reporting requirements
Infrastructure, compliance requirements, service commitments and custom development need explicit written agreement.
An agreed plan.
No assumed capabilities.
What determines the final price?
The workflows, integrations, setup effort, usage and support you need. We discuss these together and document the scope and fees. Your revenue does not automatically produce a quote on this page.
Can agents act without my approval?
Only where the agreed workflow and permissions allow it. Your plan identifies what remains draft-only, what needs review and what can run within a defined boundary.
Will this replace my tools or guarantee savings?
We start with the tools and process you already use. Any replacement or efficiency claim needs evidence from your workflow. These estimates include no guaranteed savings, hours recovered or financial return.
What if I need one project rather than an ongoing OS?
Start with project services. A defined assessment or implementation can have its own scope and deliverables without assuming an ongoing operating-system plan.
